Do I keep my tracks if I cancel my subscription?
The files stay on your computer: Bangerz Army doesn't delete them. But under the Bangerz Army terms of use, your right to use the tracks you downloaded lasts while your subscription is active. After it ends, you keep the files, but not the right to use them.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account, on the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Until then, you keep full access to the service, downloads included. After that, the subscription ends on its own: no more charges, no automatic re-enrollment.
Can I play the tracks after my subscription ends?
The terms of use (section 8.1) grant "a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use content from the Arsenal for your own DJ performances and private practice, for the duration your subscription [...] remains active."
In other words, the license follows the subscription.
Do I lose my rank?
Your rank never goes down, even after you cancel, as long as your account exists. If you come back, you get back the rank you reached. If you ask for your account to be deleted, your rank is deleted with it.
What if I only pause?
During a pause, you can't download anything, neither new tracks nor tracks you downloaded before. A pause suspends payment without ending the subscription.
FAQ
Does Bangerz Army delete the files from my computer?
No. The files you downloaded are on your drive, and Bangerz Army has no access to it.
If I subscribe again, do I need to download my tracks again?
Not if you kept your files. During your new subscription, the license again covers the tracks in the catalogue, including the ones you kept, as long as they are still in it.
