The French and English versions have the same content. If they differ, the French version prevails.

Official rules: "Bangerz Army 2.0 Founders" draw

Amendment of 19 October 2026, which replaces the amendment of 9 October 2026. The single prize is now bigger: one Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 controller and one pair of professional DJ headphones (Article 5). In addition, every valid entrant gets, without a draw, a free invite to test Bangerz Army 2.0 before it opens to the public (Article 5). The Draw is extended: it is open until 27 November 2026 at 6:00pm Paris time, and the draw takes place no later than 30 November 2026 (Articles 2 and 6). People who have already entered keep their entry for this draw, without entering again, and benefit from these additions. They are told by email and may withdraw their entry, or ask for their data to be erased, at any time before the draw by writing to [email protected] (Article 8). Articles not mentioned below are unchanged.

Article 1. Organiser

The "Bangerz Army 2.0 Founders" draw (the "Draw") is run by Freyja Creative Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under no. 11954617, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4JL, United Kingdom (the "Organiser"), which operates the Bangerz Army service at bangerz-army.com.

The Draw is not run, sponsored or managed by Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta or the organisers of the PAVS trade show.

Article 2. Dates

The Draw is open from 1 October 2026 to 27 November 2026 at 6:00pm Paris time. Only entries recorded before that time count, based on the Organiser's server timestamps.

Article 3. Who can enter

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

The Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who live in any country where the Draw is not prohibited by local law. Employees, directors and contractors of the Organiser who helped design the Draw, and members of their household, cannot enter.

One entry per person, whatever the email address used. Entries that are incomplete, use a false or disposable email address, are duplicated or are made by automated means are void.

Article 4. How to enter

Enter a valid email address in the Draw form at bangerz-army.com/founders/, directly or after scanning a Bangerz Army QR code, and submit it.

People already on the Founders list enter by submitting their address in the Draw form, like everyone else.

You do not need to accept marketing emails to enter (see Article 9).

Article 5. Prizes

The Draw has a single prize, for a single winner, made up of one new Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 controller, indicative value EUR 299 including VAT, and one new pair of professional DJ headphones, Pioneer DJ or Sennheiser brand, model chosen by the Organiser, indicative value EUR 119 including VAT. The total indicative value of the prize is EUR 418 including VAT.

The prize is personal. It cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. If any item of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Organiser's control, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.

Early access to Bangerz Army 2.0. Separately from the draw, every valid entrant gets a free email invite to test the Bangerz Army 2.0 beta before it opens to the public, no later than 12 months after the draw. This access is not a prize. It has no cash value, includes no Bangerz Army subscription, cannot be transferred or converted into cash, and its start date, length and content are set by the Organiser.

Article 6. The draw

The draw takes place no later than 30 November 2026, among all valid entries, using a computerised random draw tool. The Organiser keeps a record of the draw.

One winner is drawn, for the prize in Article 5.

Article 7. Telling the winners and handing over prizes

The winner is contacted by email, at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the draw. They have 14 days from that email to reply and give their name and delivery address. With no reply in that time, the prize is forfeited and drawn again among the other entrants.

The prize is shipped at the Organiser's cost. Any customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union and the United Kingdom are paid by the winner.

Entrants who did not win are told the result by email.

Article 8. Personal data

Controller: the Organiser (Article 1). Contact: [email protected].

Data collected: each entrant's email address and, for the winner, their name and delivery address.

Purposes and legal basis: running the Draw, picking the winners, contacting them and handing over their prize, telling the other entrants the result, and sending each entrant the early access invite in Article 5. This is necessary to perform these rules (Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR).

How long we keep it: entry data is deleted 3 months after the draw or, if the early access invite is sent later, 1 month after it is sent, and no later than 13 months after the draw. The winner's data is kept while the prize is handed over, then for as long as we need to prove it was.

Who receives it: the Organiser's team, its email provider Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) and the carrier.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you live in the UK, to the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you live in France, or to the authority where you live. Asking us to erase your data before the draw withdraws your entry. You can also withdraw your entry without asking for erasure, by emailing [email protected].

The rest of our practices are in our privacy policy: bangerz-army.com/privacy-policy/.

Article 9. Marketing consent, separate and optional

The form has a separate box, unticked by default, to receive Founders news and other Bangerz Army marketing emails. It is optional. Leaving it unticked has no effect on your entry or your chances of winning.

If you tick it, we use your address for that purpose based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), until you withdraw it, and no later than 3 years after your last contact with us. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Article 10. Access to the rules

These rules can be read free of charge at any time at bangerz-army.com/founders/contest-rules/. A copy is sent free of charge to anyone who asks at [email protected] while the Draw is open.

Article 11. Changes, fraud and liability

The Organiser may shorten, extend, change or cancel the Draw in case of force majeure, fraud or events outside its control. Any change is published on the rules page. The Organiser may exclude anyone who cheats or tries to.

The Draw and its drawing do not depend on Founders sales opening. If a change affects the prize, the Organiser emails those who have already entered, at the address used to enter, and reminds them they may withdraw their entry or ask for their data to be erased before the draw (Article 8). The change applies from its publication on this page; people who enter afterwards take part under the rules as amended.

The Organiser is not responsible for technical problems, emails not received because of a spam filter, or delays or losses caused by the carrier.

Article 12. Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive a consumer entrant of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live, including, for French residents, Articles L121-36 and following of the French Consumer Code. Any complaint must first be sent in writing to [email protected]. If it cannot be settled, the competent courts are those set by the law that protects the consumer.
